Happy Father's Day to all us Dad's!

So did anyone get a Porsche related Father's day gift?

I got 2 nice shirts for work, maybe I'll get a 968 related gift when I get my car back from the shop

My older daughter watched the F1 race with me. Even though it wasn't Porsche related, it was car related which is just as good for me .
Regards.

I picked up a DeWalt 18v cordless impact wrench for my dad. Mainly to make swapping tires at the track that much easier.

I brought my new to me 94 968 cab home the day before (55k miles, midnight blue, beige/black interior).
The long story is that I bought this to replace my 91 S2 cab that was shortened by a foot and a half while on loan to my dad. nobody hurt (except the car)!
Flew out oto pick up the car and drove it home 1250 miles. - got back Saturday night. I woke up early Sunday and made my frist mod - installed the rear seat from the S2 cab into the 968 cab - its not as easy as it sounds - but it does look great and I was done in time to buclke in my 7 year old son in the back and drive (with the wife of course) to fathers day brunch.
Then I spent the rest of fathers day detaling it - clay barred, compounded and glazed.....it looks pretty damn sharp now!

That might be hard to top....

Chris, I gotta say its a pleasure to have you as a 968 owner. I am sure we will all benefit immensely from your years of experience with our cars. I look forward to you developing some products for our cars.
Regards.
