Hey Andreas968, I like the stripes. Are they painted or stickers?

With the stripes and the angle of the photo the car has a bit of the Cobra Daytona/Pete Brock look to it.

Default Here is Gizellah ... a work in progress...

Here is my project in progress. A 968 TurboS2 variocam motor. I also cut the hood and installed the NACA ducts. Turned out nicer than I had expected.

Those NACA ducts look awesome. Who did the work and where did you get yours from? Are they from Speed6?

Hey Andreas nice car. Manual or Auto. If Manual, I found a way to install a twin oil cooler system for the 968 that uses factory parts and a little modding if interested. If you look at the first picture I posted you can see the second oild cooler in the bottom left of the photo.

Yes Speed 6 and a body shop (very reputable) that I use often. I cut the holes and did it without having to cut into the frame of the hood like the instructions that come with the ducts say to do. The color is the L39C (Midnight Blue Pearloid effect)

968turbos2: That will be one beautiful car. There was a midnight blue turbo look at Porsche Parade in Portland that had me drooling. He was planning on doing the engine last. Do you think you could start a build thread that we could follow along? I know that I would like to see progress on this car.

I am actually, i just need to assemble the photos. I am also going to document everything. I learned a whole lot out there getting ***-raped by suppliers and such. I will only name where you can get good work done. I had quotes to do this that were all over the map and in the end realize that there are alot of shell games out there. I will post and let you know when I am done with it. thanks for the comments. Makes it worth it kinda ya know.

Andreas968: I love the stripes - especially when you see the detail put into them on the close up shot.

Can any of you internet artists put white stripes on my 968? I'm curious about how it would look.
