Default WTB: Parts for 2.8L project

Hello,

I am just looking for parts to rebuilt my motor into a 2.8L or possibly 3.0L overbore/stroker and have been doing some search on here. I still need help of locating a 3.0L crank and the associated parts...Can anyone chime in on this subject? Thank you all.

Duke, check the classifieds. There are always shortblocks and cranks showing up. You need to decide which way to go 1st or else besides the crank, the rest might not be useless.
Also, 2 valve or 4 valve head?

Raj,

I checked the classified several times and did find one seller with a 3L crank but no luck yet with reply from him. Ebay doesn't have any either unless i am searching wrong. It's a 2 valve head from my blown turbo S motor. This seller on ebay said that a 2.5L N/A crank knife edge, cross drilled will fit a 951 motor perfectly- is this true?

It will fit but it won't give you the stroke needed for 2.8L. 3.0L crank, Carrillo or Pauter rods - standard or custom length: either stock pistons with custom length rods or stock length rods with 2.8L pistons.
