WTB 968 Interior door panels/trim
I'm looking to buy 968 door panels/molding for my 944. I hear they're a pretty easy fit and they look much better than the standard 944 panels. I hope to procure a matched set complete with buttons, switches, speakers, etc. PM me please. Thank you!

Contact German Auto Dismantlers in Georgia., 706 867-8800. I've purchased quite a few items from them, including door panels. All of the stuff is used but the condition was excellent.
Good luck!

Hello and thank you for the response!
I had originally contacted them and was quoted a price for some panels they had in stock. The person I talked to was very short with me and "didn't have time" to take a picture. Knowing that you've had satisfactory dealings with them is reassuring, however! I'll have to go ahead and buy the panels they have.
Thanks again!

I wish I could remember who I dealt with but they were very helpful. I guess it's like so many other businesses where customer service is "Hit Or Miss"

Firehawk- what kind of suspension do you have on that car? Also, what are thsoe wheels?
I bought some 968 panels a few years ago for $400, including all hardware & speakers, etc, but they were the earlier 968 panels.. the later ones w/M490 speakers have the 3.5" moved to the front, out from under the armrest... Not a big deal... can always do that yourself as those front grills are only ~$7/ea... What do the prices ususally run from the place in GEorgia? Don;t worry, I'm not in the market for them right now anyway... just curious...

The wheels are Forgelines and the suspension is comprised of Koni coilovers, wider sway bars, solid mounts and spherical bushings front and rear.
I paid $140 for a set of door skins.

$140 for regular 968 panels? That's DIRT CHEAP! They're over $700/ea new & that is w/out any hardware, speakers, not even the pockets themselves... I paid $400 for mine w/all hardware, speakers, tweeter & grill, etc... I jumped on it as fast as I could... AAMOF, I've never heard of Turbo S panels w/out any hardware, etc, going for that cheap... I may call them one of these days to look for other stuff.... thanks for the #....

$400 sounds like a fair price...thats what the Dismantler was asking...as well it included speakers, grills, etc..the works. I think I'm gonna jump on it. Thanks for the feedback....now I need 17" turbo twist wheels (i know...everyone has em...but I like em!)
