Default Storage bin to replace clock on 968

Hello,

Where can I order a storage bin to replace the clock and the small storage bin located in the console below the radio on the 968?

Thank you!

Sunset Imports (Porsche parts at dealer cost) is a good place to start.
Fill out this form and they'll reply usually within 24 hours.

You can get one from any 944 or 944 turbo. They didn't have the clock.

Dude, nixing the clock would be a "downgrade" to what the "lowly" 944s had.

I have one if you want it, just PM me your address. I actually went the other way, and put in a 968 cubby and modified the clock hole to accept a boost gauge.

Doc- do you have any pics of this?? That sounds like a really cool idea... I have a working clock right now, but when it breaks, I don't plan to pay $200 to replace it... Also, how much do the 968 clock/storage bins go for?? I would assume they're a bit cheaper than the 951 one...? I've always wondered if someone could make some sort of clock to fit in the 951 one to replace stock insides for much cheaper...? I've seen people do A:F gauges in those clock bodies too... Boost gauge is a good one too...
