Do we need another 968 forum?

Two are plenty for me.

Would be for me as well if the principal forum received any maintenance, but it has languished for years, as you know.

Isn't there also the UK version of a 968 site? It looks like things have changed but they used to get some traffic:http://www.porsche968uk.co.uk.

I wouldn't mind if 968.net got a face lift and some updating -- or if the new site would take over the other contents of 968.net in addition to the forum (like the classifieds, the articles and the surveys, etc, etc....). But I like the two-party system so far.

Yeah, ideally the two sites could be merged: they're both independent of organizations like Rennlist. Don't know how the two site owners would feel, but users would get, in effect, an updated, moderated, properly maintained 968.net.

Hmmmm....

Can you please explain what is your view of an organization and how Rennlist is one compared to others.
TIA.

All I mean is that if we were discussing, say, merging the board we are now reading with 968.net, it would never happen. But it is at least conceivable that 968.net and 968forums.com could be merged.

It's come a long way in the last year or so. There are now 350 users, which isn't bad as there are probably less than 1000 968s in the UK.

Feel free to drop in guys if you haven't already!
