Steven, I did this conversion on my 968 8 years ago. i have children so we use the rear seats all the time. Here is a photo of my car:
The conversion is simple on 92-94.5 cars as they have the seat belt nuts as part of the factory floor. I can give you more details and step by step instructions on how the conversion goes. Mid way through the 94 model year the factory stopped installing the inboard nuts in the floor. You have to drill holes if you have one of these cars. the best way to tell is to get under the car and look for the inner nuts.
