Default 968 turbo S struts/shocks for sale

Before I throw it to the hounds, I figured I put them up here. These are special Bilstiens that came on the factory 968 turbo S. They are used but in good condition. I have not set a price yet but am open to offers. I have finally decided I am better off parting than let them sit around.

I bet they're not far different from the green ones from the 951 Cup cars ...

Thom, you are spot on. They are quite similar to bilsteins but are valved differently. Also, they are gold colored. I will post some pics.

Raj,

I'll take them if you want.

How much do you want for them.

You could send them with the splitter.

That is of course if I Ian or Bruce or Thom don't want them as they were first.

By the way whats the valving? Do you know?

If I get them however it will mean I will be selling my 3 way M030 Koni's and 250 hypercoils if people would prefer them instead of what I'm sure is possibly more of a racing setup.

Cheers

Graham

Graham, no one has made any offer and I will post some pics first. I will see if I can figure out the valving part.
The Porsche motorsport rear swaybar is here as well. Let me know what you want to do on that one.

Raj,

I think the Porsche motorsport rear sway bar fits into my plans.

Let me know what you're asking.

Here is a (very poor, sorry) picture.

Raj, do you sell the four units complete ? I mean, with all four springs, plates, etc ? How many miles on them ? Track/street duties ?

I could be interested ; if possible please pm or e-mail me your price and some pics. TIA.

I will post some pics either tonight or tomorrow morning. Kinda tied up with work. Usage and mileage is unknown but based on the car they came with, I would say not much usage as they went to a completely different setup when they converted it into a race car and the car has only approx 13k kilometers on it. I figured a set of M030 fronts and backs are worth $1000-$1200, so this should be atleast $1500 for the set.
Does that sound like a fair price?

Just to put some new prices on this, there are some nice systems you can get from e-shocks.com

You can get a complete bilstien firehawk set up for aprox: 1400 (Requires torsion bars IIRC)
Or the complete Escort set up for aprox: 1600 (Coil-overs in the rear)

There was a long thread on the 944 boards a day or two ago......

I have the pics and can send them to any interested parties. No tire kickers please.
