JM, So sad to hear about the wreck. Glad your OK. The up side of the buy that back is I still have an entire rear clip for that car from my black cab. Here is whats left.

I still have a rear bumper cover also on my silver parts car. It's damage is not in the pic Tboned in driver's front fender area and damaged the pinion gear in the Trans somehow. These are still at my shop in Virginia and both for sale. Glad your OK.

Both cars I bought through Copart the black one for $3500 the above silver one is a just got home picture for $4200. Here is what the black car started out as. Both cars ran well and were under 75K miles. Just for fun I included a picture of my redneck frame pulling technique. The rear of the car was chained to that tree and the F150 chained to the right frame rail. Yes it worked It pulled the rail straight. Look at the compairison of the orientation of the bump support in both pics.

Something worth noting. I recently went through wrecking a highly modified car and buying it back. I let them know the mods, the car was inspected and recieved 7K more in my payout. The buy back price was not effected. it was based off blue book and a percentage not present value. At least thats how state farm did it. Let me know if I can help. We are there for you. Cheers, Mike

Progressive sucks. Don't let the company that owes you money tell you how much your car is worth. You may have to hire a professional to do the deal making.

SUPER interesting. I would say the turbo'ed engine and related components are probably worth 8k to the right person, yeah? or am I low? Seems like this could be a very good donor car.

it’s fairly easy to see the 2.7 head in this pic because it doesn’t have the 951 airbox as the front of the coolant passage on the 2.7-3 liter blocks is farther in front right up against the water pump
