Thanks Just Joshin. The reason I expressed interest is because i suspect my hatch will at some point delaminate and it may be handy to have a spare. But my car's spoiler is color coded (white) plus paying for a lot for shipping will likely be a waste for me as I don't need it yet. I have also read a few repair procedures for a delaminating hatch.
If yo don't mind me asking: why do you have a 968 hatch on what looks like a 944? And are you going to put a 944 hatch on that car after removing the 968 hatch?
Thanks

a lot of the 944 guys put the 968 hatches on them. I have a few 944 hatches in stock and I'll use one of those

Interesting. Why's that then? - looks or some other reason (not to keep the 944 hatch if given the choice)?

Same reason we 944 guys put the exterior door handles and side mirrors from 968 on them. Just for looks

Kind find a 968 rear hatch for love nor money in the UK. Tried for ages (for the 'hockey stick' trims) but no luck. 968's just a tenth of the production numbers the 944 was.

Good point. Never looked at the 968 rear hatch this way.

If you happened to be local (or even relatively nearby) I'd be interested as my 968 is in early delam stage, but don't think I'm willing to risk shipping it cross country. #$(*#$* post office/UPS/fedex has problems delivering amazon packages to my house - I'd be horrified to see what they'd do to a glass hatch.

Good luck with sale!

Same. I'd buy it for your asking if you were local. Shipping something like this would be pretty spendy.

So I am curious, will a 944 hatch fit a 968?

Yes. Glass is the same in all instances. What changes is wiring for third brake light and the spoiler attachment/trim.
