Replaced Brake Pad Sensors - Still Have Warning Light
Anyone dealt with this? I replaced all four with brand new parts - the old ones didn't look broken/warn to begin with - and still have the light. It's intermittent although it's been on solid now for the past month or so.
Any ideas what to check?

make sure the connection in the cylindrical housing is secure. the cover should not close unless the connections are completely seated.
you might scrap some paint off the valley on the pad backing plate for the brass clip on the working end of the sensor. it needs to fit flush and square in the 'U'

Before spending too much time chasing things make up a jumper with an old sensor and insert on each wheel one at a time to see if you can quickly find the bad wheel then you can get down to business sorting the individual caliper issue once the offending wheel is figured out.
If putting this on each wheel one at a time does not locate the issue then it seems the problem is the other direction and not the pad sensor itself like potential wiring.
