Classified ads from old issues of Excellence .... Excellence has zero credibility as to market prices .... and never has had any credibility going back as far I can remember including all the years when Bruce Anderson (RIP) used to do this column.

Hah! ... I was going to have to complain to the moderators that there is general lack of humor on this board particularly with respect to the use of sarcasm (which my post history should indicate I am fond of).

But seriously relying on Excellence for market pricing is like wandering around in those underground tunnels in downtown Tulsa believing that your compass will lead you to an exit ... just because it's a compass.

How did they value the 930's? Was that model covered in the article?

^^^ Thanks. Goes to show, consistently off the mark too.
To Flachbau's point, obvious that they just used very old ads from their sales section. Add in the fact that no one list their cars on their classifies anymore, and haven't for some time...this is the result.

BTW...I'm pretty sure I've seen the 93' with the EFI conversion listed over 3 years ago.

Had to laugh at the valuation for the 3.6T - $60-80,000
Funny, but I haven't seen a good one advertised for less than $80k in the last year... But that's more than their range. Go figure?
It's funny because some of the valuations were closer than they have been in the past, but seriously way off on 964 turbos in general.
They seem to have the valuations on 993S and 9934S backwards
And the 87-89 g50 coupes vs cabs backwards too as well
