Default 964 3.3turbo stock engine max hp?

Hello from Estonia!
I sold my 500RWhp 951 and now is the best time to go with 965.
I dont know nothing about this car... yet (only, that is the best looking porsche in the world)
Question 1.
How much hp can take engine bottomend (pistions, rods, cranckshaft)
I allready read about haedbolts.
If to do best head work, good efi (with custom intake, big intercooler, big injectors), good, exhaust with nice turbo (holset hx40 super our garrett gt 35)
Question 2.
How much can take original transmission? (Cluch is allready solved)

first goal is 600hp. second 800hp.

Welcome.
Forget 800 hp; you'll only get there with an engine that acts like a grenade.
700 hp is do-able with about $30k US and a reputable tuner.
For the big hp numbers you'll need a shuffle pinned case. For the heads you will also require Ni resist rings to seal the heads to the cylinders in addition to all the other goodies.
I've heard numbers for what the transaxle can take of like 1000 hp but there's a few here on Rennlist that put 700 hp through their's with no issues that I'm aware of.
Good luck with whichever route you decide to take.

Ok, thanks for help! Then 600hp is good for me.
But Stock Rods, Pistions? Can they take it.

Most guys go to stronger rods and pistons with slightly higher compression (8:1 CR). That's where the $30k comes in handy

I have my old 965 engine for sale (only 3k miles since build). It made 603bhp on an engine dyno and is complete except for the ecu; but does come with a Map.

Looking for £20k.

You can get 800 bhp out of these engines, but to do it properly it will cost you 100k+

Im sure I posted full specs previously somewhere on the forum but basically:

Full rebuild, 935 spec heads - ported, Omega 3.4ltr pistons, 964 grind cams, shuffle pinned & flowed cases, 3.2 intake, custom intercooler, twin plug, Garrett GT4088r, custom stainless exhaust, 964 NA or GT3 oil pump (can't remember), mapped by JUDD, ARP studs, balanced crank, Carrillo rods, ARP rod bolts,.... Built by Richard Chamberlain at CTR.

im sure there is more I just can't remember...

EDDIE BELLO that guy makes these cars fly. All he needs to do is put wings on them next lol. He had his car doing wheel stands back in the days and he is almost there with his current car.

A video of a run with James' engine, this isn't a drag car engine, it's built as a full race engine, but with mild enough cams to run perfectly on the street.... I can vouch that is a 'top end' build

http://s139.photobucket.com/albums/q...eJames964t.mp4

It would also cost more to do the work on an engine like this, than buying this one outright...... You can sell your stock engine complete, it's a no brainer for anyone looking for a proper piece of kit. You can run it at 1bar or less if the full 600 at 1.2bar is too much. But this thing is built to sit flat out down German autobahns endlessly at full power. If i hadn't bought the 993 lump this engine would be in my car

This is pretty straight forward. How much hp do you want? How much money do you want to spend? How long do you want to motor to last? The bigger the first number, the bigger the second number, the smaller the third number.

Ralt,
Yes I know that. I`m looking good and longlasting preformance and I dont want to spend money, to test the limits of different setups.

Thanks
