Thank you very much for the very interesting images Max I am pretty sure I already have something on #32 when it was for sale (Switzerland), will check and revert.

We all know that all those lighweight cars basically are unique cars and that there are no two similar cars in this small batch, but this one is the first one I know of with a steering wheel wearing both the Porsche logo AND the Turbo S logo (not very obvious to see on the steering wheel picture but I am pretty convinced I am right... Do you also see both logos ?!).

Thx again for the pictures.

You have good sight, there are indeed two logos and I asked the same question to the owner. He told me that the car came originally with the "normal" wheel with airbag (he still has it) and that the current wheel was "special ordered" to Porsche itself and installed by the dealer after the car was registered (I guess to abide with the local safety regulations).

Here is a close-up of the wheel.

Thx for confirming Max I indeed remember this car having the "big" (e.g. Airbag) steering wheel... Will post more "old" pics soon

That's excellent news Norbert and thx for sharing I also have a couple of pictures of this 1993 Turbo S Le Mans GT car and I always was wondering if this unique car was really based on a Leichtbau VIN or not... I think the car was finally sold to Obermaier Racing that raced it a couple of years prior the car disappearing... right ?!

Thank you again for this very imortant piece of information as it was on my to-do-list but now you've clarified ...

Yes - 3,2l Turbo S Le Mans GT - and it is not lost - it is in a private collection in France. To clear up an other rumour - only one single car was build (airvents in the rear of the 1993 Le Mans car are hiding underneath the fender flares for the 1994 race series (picture).

Best

Well, it kinda was lost since no one seemed to know where it was until you broke the story. Where did the picture go?

Great find! TBH I don't think it will last long at that price given the low miles. Great car !

I have posted this car on an Italian forum. A guy who used to own a Lightweight said that this car was repaired after a accident. He also noticed that the front bumber is not original and it was adapted.
