I've got one good one that's less than 3 years old. I'll try and dig out a picture tonight.

It's an original Porsche one I got fitted to my car shortly after purchase by the dealer - the one fitted to the car was blowing when I picked it up!

It was removed last autumn when I took the car off the road to fit a complete stainless system. There are no holes or cracks - but as you can see, some of the original black paint is flaking off.

Thanks for that but It looks like megatron has half of what I need.I only need the heat exchangers and Im guessing you wont want to split up your system?

Duncan, these guys should practically paying you to take these heat exchangers off their hands. If they are not, get some headers.

Big difference in price between a couple of second hand replacement heat exchangers and even the cheapest of header systems though!

Thanks but if I had wanted headers I would have written 'does anyone have any headers'?

Ok, everyone calm down
My point is that stock heat exchangers are plentiful and the trend seems to be that almost everyone ends up with headers eventually. Therefore I would expect that you should be able to pick up a serviceable pair for $200 U.S. at the most.

Well theyre not plentiful over here and as Im recommissioning this car after a long sleep I kinda wanted to make it original.Luckily Megatron uk has promised me a l/hand one and hopefully I'll be able to source a r/hand.Maybe you could help me locate one?My trouble is that there are a couple of broken studs in the heads and I need to cut the pipes about 2" from the heads to gain access to remove the broken studs. For obvious reasons I dont want to do that before Ive got the new ones
