Default Flachbau on Ebay

I am assuming this is old news but figured I would post. No affiliation.

It might be a rare car, but I like the look of the regular headlights/fenders way better. No doubt that it is in very good condition.... and very expensive (I do not know what these types usually go for, but this is way out of my leauge).

To be honest I am not a slope nose fan. The earlier 930 slope nose cars are nice but give me a regular bug eyed 911 any day. the flachbau on the other hand is a seriously intense and good looking car. You have to see it in person to appreciate the subtlety of the package and the tail is by far IMO the best looking single piece tail of any used by Porsche. I still prefer the package cars over the flachbaus but I would not turn down the opportunity to own a Flachbau.

These cars are selling in a range between $100k and $165K it is a fickle market and can vary depending on the interested party. You only have 39 in the US to choose from so it all depends on what is available and how badly you want it.

Default 94 turbo s

the best of both worlds is the package car and why I own one. you get the spiler and body work all around same as the flatnose, as well as the same engine yes you get the better looking nose, and even more rare with only 17 ever made. in addition they are about 20-25k cheaper usually than a flatnose. (in my opinion could be worth more than the flatnose in the future)

Earlier you said you were tired of the pkg car and were moving on (after 2 or so months of ownership). Then you announced that you sold it. Now you bought another one.

I think he's referring to the car before he sold it.

Is the passenger side rear fender repaired ? The gap between the top of the light and the fender seems less along with the mal-aligned fender ?

There are several red flachbau's Either black or tan interiors. I know there was one years back that had low mileage but had some body work done. The others IIRC were all in A1 condition. there is one that has been owned by a couple of rennlist members I have seen and it was perfect. I can't tell which one this is.

Unfortunately, there are a few rats out there (both Flachbau and pkg cars). They seem to assemble with a certain "collector", aka used car salesman. I looked at the red Flachbau with the techart fog lights which had some body work. The blue pkg car has some paint. And there was a blk pkg car with the roof and all corners repaired. What do people do with these low mileage cars???
