Yea, but you still have to pay VAT to bring it into Europe though. I think it would still work out ok, especially with those miles...must be one of the best RHD examples available.

That looks like a lovely car. There is another ex Sultan 3.6T in Wellington that is red with low km's. Mine was an ex Sultan 3.3T and is now based in Auckland.

For New Zealand its an expensive 3.6. The brunei cars languished for years in a warehouse as part of the archimedies liquidation. They didnt belong to the sultan at all contrary to popular belief but were "corporate cars" bought by Prince Jeffrey on his spending spree before he put ADC into billion dollar liquidation making the Brunei Royal family loose 1/3rd of their wealth. Many were used by ADC employees for their transport! There were many cars sold at auction and max at Toyshop was brought in my Giltraps to broker a deal to get some of them which were sold locally in NZ. The ferraris in particular gave lots of issues to early owners. Even the Porsches too. These cars dont like to sit unloved for 4 years in a (some cases open) warehouse. Most including Jamie and the previous and first NZ owner of his car had issues with abs pumps, tyres, suspension, oil lines and paint work.
Its probably the lowest mileage 964 3.6T in NZ and Im sure its super tidy but for the NZ mrket is it worth 128k? Ive see some super tidy 70 k km NZ cars sell for 100 or in one case less. 128k in NZ is touching a private deal on a super clean low mileage 993 TT.
Im a 993 man so biased I guess but Id rather pay 100k for a useable car. If I wanted acollctable for over 100k nzd id go 964 RS for 110k.
Mi 2 cents ;-)

OOPS I meant Amedeo Developemnt Corp.
using carjam.co.nz and the rego you can get the vin. referencing the vin back to my database of 2000 cars it does indeed come up as one od prince Jefris cars and was in his garage likely as a ADC aquisition. there appears to have been half a dozen of them. the original brunei plate number below:

It is not the lowest mileage 3.6t in NZ. The red sister car from Brunei is with approx 7k on it, also in Wellington.
I have heard others say before that the real low mileage 'garge queens' can cause many issues thru lack of use of many years. I guess if any mechanical thing isnt used/moved often it could sieze and dry out.
I have just finished a almost 2 hour phone call with the seller of this car, and it sounds like he had really improved the car since i last saw it - And it was close to perfect back then.
Re: Value - I can only see that going one way and IMO I can't imagine it will be down.

This thread certainly has brought out all of the Kiwi lurkers [like myself]. Personally, I would prefer the Midnight Blue one @ GPB 35k, as a driver, but you would soon forget the price on this one if you got to stare at it each morning. As for me, all I can do is watch the Youtube vid of my wife pootling around our home suburb...not quite the same as being there. Don't see many Porsches in Jakarta
Hope you are all keeping well.
