Saw this on Ebay and I have to laugh at the nerve of some people. This guy is asking more than factory list on these wheels and far more than what we can buy them for. I guess there is a sucker born everyday but this is crazy.

There will always be guys hoping to find a fool. Are the speedline still available from Porsche?
It seems like no given the tactics of this guy. I think I will bid at 2.025K...

I wrote to him this morning and let him know they are still available from Porsche and notified him of the prices I was recently quoted. He will obviously have this set for some time. I believe he had them advertised months earlier on Ebay for $15000? Jim

This is the same dude who bought my '94 RSA for $40K in 2004, sold it a few months later for almost $50K. He then repurchased it from that dude---and just recently had it listed on the RSA.net site for $79K. From what I've seen/heard, he is a typical flipper.
Good luck getting the $10k for the wheels---doh!!!

So, how much is an original (used but in good condition) set of speedlines worth these days? Any ideas? I've been trying to get a feel for the market because I'm on the fence between RH replicas and the real mccoy.
