Default 996TT Wheels on a 965T?

Hey guys,

I tried searching for hours to find pics I think I remember seeing on here of a black 965T with rims from a 996TT that were also black.

I was wondering if anyone has any pics of any 965T with 996TT wheels on it. The reason being is I have a set of 996TT wheels, but the car is gone and if I don't like the way they look I'll just sell them to get some extra cash.

Any pic would be appreciated!

Thanks again...

Is that your car? I think it looks pretty good, but it looks like there would be alot of rubbing issues if you lowered the car in the rear, is that so?

Thanks the pictures look great.

Those will not work if your car is lowered. The stock 996TT rear wheel is a 18X11.

Fronts fit fine. The rears will not .The offset is ET45 on 18" X 11"
965 18's rear is 10 inch ET 65.
If you use those 996 TT rears they will stick out past the wheel arch if car is lowered or suspension is loaded as on track it will rub.

You can use any 996 NB wheels.

I can tell you at stock height you will not rub. My car has been on Sebring many times with no rubbing.
But I do agree if the car is lowered it may rub.
My car had Speedlines that came up missing from the dealer long story and they installed 996TT wheels.

The rear will stick out a little. US cars are set higher so it works.I'm not sure if ROW specs are too low.
