Rennlister has been trying to sell these for a while. Wanted to trade my polished speedlines for them but wouldn't go for it.

Can't understand why they don't sell. A new set of Fikse's would cost as much and IMO not look as good.

I guess 993 guys aren't as fanatical about their Speedlines as much as us 965 guys.

Will these fit our cars; I guess I could go back downstairs and read the offset on my LM's

They'll fit perfectly. The front offset is the same as the 3.6 Speedline (ET52) and the rear is only 4mm different (ET65 vs. ET61 for the 3.6 Speedlines).

Don't do it Drew! The RS Speedlines are very heavy...think about your lap times!

I would use them on the street to slow me down and avoid speeding tickets

Those wheels were on my car for awhile. You need a 4 - 6mm spacer in the rear to avoid potential rubbing against the RR oil lines that run along the inside of the fender.

It's true, the wheels are pretty heavy though I don't think anymore that the 3.6 Speedlines.

For that "buy it now" price you can order new speedlines, like someone did here recently.

Good looking wheel.

Although the weight difference is 25.39# 3.6T front vs 27.5# RS front and 26.75# 3.6T rear vs 29.70# RS rear.

For some reason I don't know what it is...I just don't like the look. It must be the divit that runs center of the spokes

Mike, you're just a 3.6 Speedline snob...like me! One day I'll get around to buying my own.

Funny - I didn't like the look either. That's why I sold them.

Agreed..I'm hoping to find a set of Speedline 3.6s this summer or later in the year as during the summer months they are likely to be priced at a premium versus during the Winter. I love the look of the Speedline 3.6s. I called Wheel Enhancement in LA last year and they told me they might be able to find a pair but it would cost me about $5K. I thought I could do better on eBay but we will see. I had a guy in northern California call me and he had a set that had never been mounted and wanted to charge me $10K. I politely told him I wanted some of what he was smoking. He told me that since Speedline was bought by another company the 3.6s are now really rare and pricey.

That's nuts. Do a search for a guy on Rennlist that recently bought some from Speedline. I think he spent around $4600 for new wheels. They looked perfect.
