Impressive work and good luck with the rear overhaul!
What bushings will you use?
Your rear alignment problem is very strange.
I set the toe first and then adjust the camber, but I don't know what the correct procedure is, it takes a lot of time getting it right.

Hi Staffan,
- bushings are from Ninemeister ( made by Powerflex)
- findings this far:
1) toe eccentrics on both control arms were worn out and cracked at the thread used to secure them to the trailing arm. Result was that they could not be freely turned around in the control arm and jammed close to the extreme toe out position
2) RH control arm sealing damaged and torn

Wow, that "could" explain your alignment problems ;-)
If I remember correctly we welded a square piece of metal on to that center part of the bushing in your picture.
We could then insert a metall rod from the other side and press that half out.
I hope I remember correctly, have some pictures in a thread somewhere.

Picture 1:
Welded a metal piece.
Picture 2:
And pressed out the bushing.
The cylinder on top has an inner diameter that is bigger than the bushing.
You can se the 1/2 extension at the bottom, it was pressed on to the welded square piece of metal.
The bushing was pressed into the cylinder.

The part shown is the bushing of a spring plate and not a trailing arm.
However the info your provided is valuable when I start taking the trailng arm bushing apart.

Update
- install Bisltein HD
- install new rear trailing arm bushings
- install new wheel bearings
- try to understand why I couldn't get proper aligment settings in the rear as per following thread http://forums.rennlist.com/rennforum...ed-advise.html
- RS short shift and update linkage
- exchange wasted rear sway bar linkage
- refurbish rear brake calipers
- install new wheel bearings
- install new brake lines
- get parts powder coated
Tomorrow more pictures
