Thanks for the good comments.
I have Gemballa Competion Wheels. 18's. Not sure if I will keep them this year or go with something a lttle lighter weight. I currently have the motor out and will post a few pics when it is ready to go back in.

Guys, don't argue with the 3.6 turbo guys, everyone knows their cars as so much better, especially on these internets.
Which might explain why there are so many of them for sale in the most recent Pano, I think there were 3 or 4. I was actually surprised.

I was only pointing out the numbers and they are what they are. Both are very similar cars and either can be modified to whatever level you want. But it was a stock for stock comparison. The numbers discussed were also from a standing start and we all know what that is worth. Side by side at speed is another story.

Tongue in cheek Anthony, I was just joking. I enjoy reading the my car vs your car threads that people post, since a huge piece of it is driver skill, and especially in the whole 0-60 thing, who is willing to abuse their car the most. Heck, I had a pretty modded 1995 Mustang GT that would probaby easily spank (from the line, in short distances) many of the cars on here, since it had a bullet proof drivetrain that could with stand the whole dumped clutch at 3,500 rpm's all day long.
I actually drove a 3.6 when I was looking and it was a dog, I posted on here and warned some folks about it. I got lucky finding the 92 with all of the mods done to it I would have done. I am actually contrary to what most people would want, as I went down from 1.1 bar to .8 bar spring(s) in the Tial for engine longevity, and my sanity, as the car was stupid fast.
Long story short, the 3.3L and the 3.6L are differnt in a couple of areas, but not as different as the 89 930 to the 91 964T in my opinion.
I was being serious about the 3.6's for sale in Pano. I know one of them has been in there for a while, but I was surpirsed to see a couple more this month.

B&B headers, 3" magnaflow muffler and custom U pipe. The exhaust was custom made for me by Protosport and sounds quiet around town but nice in the revs with a growl at idle. The WG cat has been gutted and it screams when opens. I had a 100Cell cat and swans neck but it was too loud so I gave in and went catless. I am glad I did. Much more responsive and virtually no lag. Power band is far more linear than before.

That sound pretty nice ! I did de-cat mine once but find the fume was a little too much for me, and so the cat want back on ! I do have a u-pipe and it does make the engine growl at idle .

Same down here in Stuttgart, there are only 2 965s around that I know of, one of them is mine and the other one is from a friend but he doesnt drive it too much. These are really rare cars here. I will have to organize a group buy to import some 965s back to Germany again from the USA, the Euro is strong at the moment

PS saw the latest pic looking good and mean with the black wheels
