You can almost always be guaranteed that the people will vote for the older cars. Even if it is just by appearance. A beautiful 356 speedster took best in show this weekend. How do you get all these cars to a show at once? I though taking 2 was a lot of work.

The CJ5 is next to the Beck, so there were four. I had some help, plus preparing four cars for one show is a lot of work. Of course it rained.

akkaporn,

You missed Cobalt blue and Amazon green I am also pretty sure Iris blue was not offered on the 964's just the 928 but I could be wrong.

The black car is a Beck 550 spyder. It is a replica of the Porsche 550 Spyder that James Dean drove. The Beck weighs 1200 pounds and has 170 HP (the original had about 90 HP). Needless to say it will give any C2 turbo a run for its money up to 100 MPH. The workmanship is top notch and it has a full tube frame which looks pretty cool. The exhaust runs straight out and truly sounds like a vintage race car. It sound reminds me of Alan de Cadenet running some of Sir Anthony Bamford's motorcars around the British countryside.

Craig, It look beautiful, even though I can just see the nose. Any chance of putting up another thread here with some pics?
