Default Anybody have pair 18X10 RH 3.6T wheels?

Looking for a pair of straight RH 3-piece 3.6T wheels to replace my car's rear wheels. The previous owner screwed up on the backspacing and the wheels stick out too much-they rub on hard road bumps.

What's the correct back space so that the wheel just clears the top lip assuming neutral camber? My car (see avatar) is a wide body America Roadster. Looking for good used/straight 18X10 wheels

Jaime

I believe, but maybe mistaken, since your car is an American Roadster vs a factory turbo that the trailing arms are different. Therefor what applies to the 964T may not apply to your car. You may find better help on the 964 board. I will look into it when i get home and see if I can find some info.

I went to PET to see if I could tell which trailing arm they used with the Roadster - it looks to me it is the same as the Turbo. If all the suspension points are the same, then you will need the Turbo wheel setup. My offsets are 52 front (8.5 X 18) and 61 rear (10 X 18).

Best prices on RH wheels seem to come from Wheel Enhancement.

I concur the Technik info claims the suspension is "essentially taken from the 92 turbo"

Anthony and Jeffrey, Thank you kindly for the info. This will give me some base for research. I thought that it had same suspension components as the turbo, but after Adrian Streuthers, I was not sure.

Hello, I have a A.M. as well with RH 18x11 rear wheels. They use to rub on the left otter fender, but once I rolled the fenders there was no rubbing. I have a 3/8 spacer on them.

I have an extra set of 10 X18" RH rears - They are 61mm offsets.

The problem with 11" is they start to rub against the trailing arm. One of these days I am going to make the change to the n/a 964 trailing arm. then I should be able to get another inch or so underneath.

Here's a pic of the rear. My right use to rub on the arm before the spacer.
