Indeed, like the past year, I will join our annual gentlemen December meeting with something different

You're going to subject a longnose to snow and salty slush? Sacrilege!
Love that car though. Tell us more about it.

Well, we live only once and driving in snow and ice is addictive and super-fun ... she's Biancaneve, a 1973 911 2.4S ... here some more info

Crazy!

I live in that stuff over winter as I'm at a (relatively, for the UK) high elevation; there's no way mine is going out in it!

indeed, I was lucky enough to have bought her before the bubble ... it's much fun to drive her on narrow roads than the 964 Turbo 😉

I used to enjoy taking my son's RWD Mercury Grand Marquis over to the local park's parking lot after a fresh sown to practice recovering a car from an oversteer state. Was great fun until he bought dedicated snow tires for it.

I also use M+S tires in winter ... beside it's compusory, it's almost impossible to ride on snow with summer tires ... fitted some Kleber last year; with them and her LSD, Biancaneve is almost unstoppable on any winter road

Hi everybody. This is just a selection of the spare parts we have changed in the recent refurbishment of Bellatrix. It was a financial bloodbath 💸💰💲 but it was both worth and necessary.

Think of it as an investment.
With the value of these cars like they are, I can get my wife to sign off any work I want to do
