Default diff noisy on full lock

My diff became noisy when i changed the oil to mobil1 75/90 oil, I know the diff is fine as it happened literally after replacing the oil
I have been told i should use a LS 90 oil, any recommendations on which brand to use, I am based in the UK
When looking for a LS 90w oil are gear and diff oil the same and will it be a synthetic oil I should be looking for

Mobil 1 LS 90. The "LS" stands for limited slip. It has slip agent in it.
Either add slip agent to what you have or change to LS 90.

If you can't get LS where you live you will have to get slip agent in additive form and add it to your gear oil.

Search Google for differential limited slip additive. There are many manufacturers.
No, don't drain your gear oil. Just put the additive in.

This is what I have used in another car. It does not take much.

There are debates about what friction modifier to use if your gear oil is dino-based or synthetic.
