Default Do Rear 968 Calipers directly fit '90 964 C2

As the title says, I am thinking about upgrading the 2pot rear calipers in my 1990 964 c2. I know I have seen a document with part numbers, models and everything to see what can be mounted & the mods needed if any, but have been searching for it for the whole day (free time obviously) and have not been able to find it.

Are then the rear 968 calipers a direct fit? Do you need to change the rear rotors in the '90 964? Would I need to change the proportioning valve to 55?

Thanks in advance

Yes but you will need to swap location of the bleed nipples and the crossover tube.
