I supposed the one in my picture is custom made, the pocket looks bigger and better made.

You can get everything except the red cover from Appbiz. I'm sure you can get the upholstery done by Classic9

If I recall correctly, that door card is from Southbound trimmers in the UK. Quite easy to get in touch with them and order exactly what you see/want. (no affiliation of course)
