As for the question will a 993 deck lid fit on a 964 no idea see title. As for Talia's deck lid is origanal to her by looking carefully youvcan find traces of the original Mint Green

keying off Goughary's question ..... John, if you already have one, can you post a pic directly from the front of Talia? ... down low enough so we can see her front bumper & lower valance.
prior pics make it look like she is currently parked right up against the garage wall during engine drop work,... so if you do not already have a front pic, it can wait till she's moving again.

I am sure you all can understand I was a crushed broken man. I soon learned that the only and I mean only time I was capable of thinking about Matthew with out falling apart was when I was looking at Talia or working on her. I trolled this forumn and others not joining but reading ever 964 post I could find. I couldn't talk about him or her then. Last fall PCA had its Escape to Rusmore here. My boss (996 owner) asked me to bring Talia to the factory so the guys would know where to park I didn't want to and told him so. I said you know Im not the typical Porsche owner (not sure what that is now). Part of my resistance was inspite of how well Talia's pictures look she is a 50 footer close up faded and such and my reluctance to talk about her. My boss has alwsys been good to ne so I did drive her to work. Imagine my surprise watching guys walk pass all these newer nicer cars to come over and look at Talia and tell ne how beautiful she was. The cruc of all this was boy was I wrong. Everyone from the dealer who originally sold Talia to the PCA members and everyone on this forum and others has been nothing but amazing and kind to me eccept one a hole who stated that Mint Green could only be liked by girls or gay men. Thought about messaging him but decided wasn't worth my effort and another thief who sold me a burned out spoiler controller off of fleabay

Ha...girls and gay men...love both. And I love mint green...so maybe I want to be a girl or gay man...but then my willie and my wife would both get in the way...lol. So no dice. I'm just going to have to be a straight guy that loves mints...

Awesome that you have a treasure like Talia in multiple ways. My dad got me into Porsches at a very young age but he was gone before I got my first one. I often think about him smiling down on me. I'm sure your son is doing just that.

To much fun
Auto crossing Talia was a blast. Not related but that morning left front blower fan quit working. Thanks again to this forumn a few hours and she spins free and quiet. Funny thing blower fan in my 2011 Ram truck quit the day before.
