How sad or how much you would miss it if it was gone? How much of a factor is it financially? I'm assuming you don't owe anything on the car. However, selling it to finance an S4 would actually hurt your credit profile when buying a home. Your debt to income ratio automatically changes. Feel free to message me about that as well.
I guess the $27k I just paid for my 92 964 that I got a couple weeks ago in coral red with new clutch and top end done 7k miles ago was a good deal. The deals are out there.

Just my $.02 on this I will never never never sell my 964. I will get another 911 to drive but the 964 stays I have drivin other 911s, 997, etc. and like driving my 911 E also but having a pick I take the 964 just plain fun. It cost a bit to have insurance upkeep and all the rest but the inner smile I get the E and other cars do not match. Maybe feel to the road and a/c power steering I do not know. But second day I bought it I had the car seat in the back . It was great. Just my penny and a half ......
I paid $13,500 about 5 years ago for it and have put about 15k miles on it, including cross country road trip.
Given the values of these cars and what you paid for yours, you are so far ahead of the game... go ahead and send the money on the clutch and keep the car in top shape. If you sell, you might not have a 911 for awhile...

Anyone advice on sales like this? Did you regret it?
We finally needed a second family car after the arrival of our second kid... I thought about a new GTI, or used M3 but had to go for my dream car instead.
Best decision ever!
(they are twice this size now!)
Wow...seems like yesterday you were figuring which side of the steering to put the key; now you're a pricing expert.
I may have only gotten my car this past winter, but I was meticulous in the amount of research I put into the valuation process before I bought it to say the least...
P.S. Weirdly enough the key placement was never an issue for me
