We've been discussing this in his 964 project thread.

Honestly, all of us have made dumb mistakes and reasonable mistakes. Shouldn't take the **** out of anyone for doing what we are all likely to do again at some point. Unless it's buddies razzing each other over a beer, I say let the man's ego heal a bit.

I'm just happy the lift gate was not any lower, for both occupants sake...

he probably would have recovered from taking the turn to hard. the problem was the parked truck and on coming traffic. he had no where to go. I'm glad he hit the truck and not that gorgeous Mercedes.

And on a road that was open to other traffic. If you're going to put on a display like that at least do it on a track or closed road.

That's true, but I get the impression the "Urban Outlaw" makes mistakes behind the wheel constantly (speeding). It's become expected of him. Hope he smartens up. I hope he drops the Urban part of his moniker and keeps it to the track.

+1. It's irresponsible and shouldn't be promoted.

He was driving like an idiot to impress a journalist to further his "story". His ego could have taken out several lives instead of the damage it did cause. Hope that there is an honest article to follow. Don't mind the guy but all the hype about his cars is unwarranted.

Imagine if that transporter's lift platform was just a few feet lower. The story could have turned out far worse.

Why was a "transporter" parked in an active roadway? To avoid a "head on" with transporter, he does appear to have chosen Driver side as impact zone ... Did he consciously saved the Women and Children? At least, that would be "my story" .... :|

He drove like an idiot about a month ago at the Petrolicious rally. I complained about it, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears.
