for my rebuild I had a local TipCo make me up new fuel lines, bad move on my part. yesterday after work when I got in my car and turned the key it wouldn't turn over, smelled like it was flooded. when I went around back gas was on the ground and i saw it..a popped fuel line fitting from the filter to the rail. since one line is bad they are all going to be replaced.
who has replaced them and with what exactly? any pre-cut suppliers besides OEM?
those who are rebuilding, learn from my mistake please. lucky me the engine was cold when it popped, had I been driving and the engine/exhaust was hot it might have gone up in flames.

I had a local Porsche shop rebuild mine (Zim's Autotechnik in Bedford, TX). I had the lines starting from the fuel filter output all the way to the return line at the firewall rebuilt.
They ended up looking like this, crimped fittings.
