Fabspeed Highlight: Porsche 964 RSR Header Muffler Kit
Fabspeed Porsche 964 Carrera RSR Header Muffler Kit
Fabspeed’s RSR Header Muffler is a full exhaust system that has that aggressive sound the 964 should have while improving power, torque, and throttle response while also saving weight. Our RSR Header Muffler Kit is constructed from T304L stainless steel for maximum durability and power and upgrades your heat exchange to keep temperatures down. Heat ducts, brackets, and hardware that would be required for installation is included.
The headers are equal length headers that are C.N.C. Mandrel bent meaning there are no cuts or welds in the headers to create its curves for a smoother exhaust flow increasing power. It includes a Formula 1 quality cut collector that alone that does not need a gasket. We use Indy Car quality V-Bands that are also used in airplanes and are and easy on and off design. Our Muffler is a dual inlet / dual outlet muffler that you are able to roll a golf ball through because of its wide open design. The best part about our RSR / Header Muffler kit is that it is able to utilize our muffler bypass pipes in the event that you go to a track and wanted to run the 964 RSR style. Our system is the most comprehensive system. The Muffler outlets are adjustable so you are able to turn them down and aim them at the floor if you'd like to change the existing sound. It is the most intuitive design you'll find on the market.
Feel free to PM me or email me: anthony@fabspeed.com for inquiries or more info on some great pricing!

Save your money and skip the heater option as it flat out doesn't work. Froze my *** off last winter and they weren't interested in helping.
Otherwise I'm very happy with my Fabspeed exhaust. Sounds awesome.

@Thomas
if you add a cat here, you are going to lose the advantage of the long header pipes..
@Fabspeed
what`s the inner diameter of the headers (in millimeter)?
and
was the dyno chart with a remap for the header or just the bolt-on result? I would expect a quite bigger gain...

Well I flat out disagree. I have had this setup for a few years and the heat exchangers work wonderfully well. I'm happily toasty within 10 minutes or so.

my engine builder even went so far as to have my car idle next to a stock 964 and take periodic temperature readings with an IR thermometer. My car would have couldn't heat a pot of water for your afternoon tea whereas a bone stock car was toasty warm in minutes. With only 4 out of 6 exhaust runners boxed in, it's simply not designed to heat well.
That being said, I like the exhaust. Quality is there. Performs well and sounds great.
I also have their exhaust for my moms r8 v10.

True unless you drive in the rain and you don't have AC. In which case you'll want heat exchangers for those times when the windows fog up and they will fog up. The alternative is to carry a towel with you but you can't reach every window...
