How easy is it to find these parts? And the install?
Anyone knows?

Sounds really nice !
Regarding weight saving, I just purchase a lithium battery to replace my Odyssey PC 680, 16amp, 170 cca , 7kg.
It's a LifePo4 32 amp with 420 cca, weighting 1,6 kg , saving about 5,5 kg.

Not up on my battery tech so much, so how safe are these? Are LiPo batteries as much of an incendiary device as I read?

Good work on the car.. I had similar ideas and last time I weighed mine it was 1302KG with 1/4 tank of petrol. The sunroof is now being removed, RS glass fitted and the engine lid being replaced with a Ducktail so that should help more..

I am probably going to go the route of converting to C2.. I will weigh the car before and after so we have a definitive answer as to how much the 4wd system adds.. don't forget that C4s also get a different hydraulic braking system and that may add more weight as well.. plus i believe the front end of the C4 chassis has extra bracing as well. This will all add weight.

I can't remember what are weights were off the top of my head, but a customer of mine had a 90 c4 E class race car. 300lb driver and 120lbs of ballast on the floor (including the spare tire in the trunk), and we still couldn't make PCA's minimum weight. 2 scruitineers looked it over closely and couldn't figure out why we were so much lighter than what we should have been. I even diassembled the a/c compressor and filled it with melted lead to try and add weight (can only add so much ballast on the floor, which we were over already anyway).

i have an update here:
Got my car back from the workshop (were the unibal conversion was installed). Some additional mods are done in between (GT3 starter-motor, LIFEPO4 battery, and other - smaller stuff). With 1/4 fuel, the car weights 1230kg at the corner balancing scales.... still with steel bonnet/hood.

Quite impressive numbers for me. Next step is carbon rear bonnet (already in my garage) and - perhaps - carbon hood...
