Hey guys I've been searching for the past few days but haven't found an answer. But will the 993 c4 drop links fit my 89 c4? Reason I ask is because they are a bit cheaper in price. I know the 993 and 964 share a few suspension components.

My C4 also has the 26mm rear H&R sway bar and I'm replacing all the bushings, I can't seem to find replacement bushings for the rear in 26mm. Powerflex have the front 24mm but don't go up to 26mm for the rear. I've heard 26mm is too thick but don't feel like replacing at this time. Where can I find 26mm bushings?

This is my current list of parts that will be ordered.

Suspenion Components:

Front Bushings- Walrod
Front Drop links-993 if they fit or stock 964
Front Inner CV boot-Ripped open needs replacing.
Sway Bar Bushings-Powerflex if they need to be replaced
Grease

Rear Bushings-Powerflex
Rear Spring Plates-935 adjustable
Sway Bar Bushings-??

Misc:
Fuel Filter
Carbon Fiber Heater Duct

So I took a swing at the 993 C4 drop links for my 89 964 C4

Part #
993-343-070-00
993-343-069-00.

They are identical to the 964 front drop links for the C4 as far as I can tell. They fit like a glove and it took me about 1 hour to do the job and about 15 mins finding the right tools. The reason to get the 993 drops links was price wise. Saves you some money compared to the 964 version. I wish I would of taken a side by side picture but my hands were pretty dirty at the time.
