Another FYI I just remembered. The PET show's two gaskets, the large one that goes around the glass and frame and a smaller one that actually runs UNDER the frame between it and the cowl .. you won't need that one since the frame is staying put.

I've been asked to value some OE Speedster parts from an estate. There's an aftermarket 89 windshield - bare - and an aftermarket 'clamshell.' I want to be fair to the estate executor (widow) and get her market value. But I don't know what market value is. Parts are located in Southern California.

Tech, it really depends on who made this stuff and how close to original it is. I wasn't really sure there were any windshields available except factory. As for the clamshell, the quality of these varies greatly between those who make them.. I believe Better Bodies offerded one in the past.. sooooo
