Hi Guys,

A friend of mine in France is looking for one original RS seat in black shell ,
black and grey leather,

Does anyone have an idea where to find one !?
the sad story is;
he bought a black RS, 6 years ago and decided recently to have a full respray,
unfortunately the garage where he brought the car caught fire ....
he lots lots of body parts but also one seat ....witch he find difficult to find ...

I don't dare telling you how many rare cars have gone to hashes in this fire .....

any ideas,

Not that this an answer but does provide hope...one of the first cars I viewed when buying 5/6 years ago had ONE rs seat...black on grey. It was sold through RPM - they may have more information and if your buddy can make an irrefusable offer, it could be a winner :-)

Not to steal this thread but I'm also looking for the original bucket seats in Maritime Blue for my RS. When I bought the car it had been imported from Japan and during its stay there the original seats were taken out and replaced by Recaro SPG nomex seats.

This may take a bit of luck, try keeping an eye on this thread. Funny you mentioned Nomex, I just bought some Carbon 997 GT2 seats in Nomex and I'm thinking of doing the same RS treatment to the center cushions as you have done in yours. However, finding different shades of blue Nomex seems to be quite the challenge.
