He's a rennlist member who sells a complete kit to refurb your old faded taillights using a vinyl overlay.

Vandit beat me to it! But that's the deal, need to see if he's still doing them. I need a few.

Kai, thanks, the car you'll want to see is starting to take shape. Not quite the build yours is but it will evolve. Messing around with the cup and boxster so much I forget how much I love the simplicity and purity of these cars. Here's the white one a few months ago, new top awaiting the cage and lightweight panels...

I LOVE to see them like this JR.

You've made room to install the sex change harness and a MOTEC box!!!!

I swear the next time I take a car this far down, I'll have provisions for air jacks installed.

Yup. The boxster got airjacks for that exact reason. Not sure on this one, they are great to have but the fact that I'm never in a hurry to do tires dragging a jack around isn't much different than the nitrogen bottle, and it's nice to save the weight...but it is cool to pop the car up...

I recently drove a Euro RS in Vancouver and WOW, was it fun. The incredible lightness of being. I actually think is was a tiny bit underpowered, but what a lovely set-up. The light doors, Alum hood, light glass, no AC, lightweight interior, RS suspension, no frills, and yes, seam welding to boot. I especially liked that there was no interior lighting....a no nonsense thrill car. I could easily drive that every day. Not sure what people are on about when they say it skitters about etc. I thought it was perfect, but then again, I love the GT3 for the same reason. What a car. I would love to say the same for the RSA some day.

I drive my RS every day! And in Central London too...it does everything, amazing car.

Actually I did also drive both my Stradale and 997.1GT3RS also every day. I guess I'm that kind of owner: I buy them to enjoy them in all conditions
