Pretty sure the next time my car gets washed it will be by the next owner and I have not even seen it yet in real life. I figure I cover it all with black rubber marks

It's not hard at all,I live in Ireland and have had two m3 sport Evo and then a 964 rs...that's over 10 years doing it....tolls are a special skill,un do seat belt while moving just before toll, stretch across and wind down window just before boot, then sit up on seat almost on handbrake, stretch arm out to cashier,....oh yea make sure passenger side wheels are about 5 mm from kerb...you don't want to kerb your magnesium wheels....then while moving slowly in first gear wind up window, then shift to second gear, put belt back on,pull third gear ....and you grinning again...quiet easy really

LHD in a RHD country? quite easy actually...well quite easy in London UK actually: we do not have toll roads, and the car is rarely in a pay parking, so no booth for me.

If so, either i'm with my wife, or i simply jump off the car.

I guess i'm not as flexible as "Boots" up here,...so no gymnastics for me ahahah

I don't know how many toll roads you have in Jakarta, but in Bali they don't have any i spotted a few LHD Porsche and a Ferrari Cali around Seminyak

Thanks Boots & 911thrasher, Bali recently opened a new toll road that connects the airport (east side of the island ) to Nusadua (south) area via the ocean just for the APEC convention beginning this month.

Jakarta has toll roads in & around it but but mostly are jammed packed during the day & at night. Many car enthusiasts here are importing (smuggling) classic cars from US since we don't have many vintage/sports cars here because of gov't regulation.

The LHD Porsches you saw in Bali, are they early 911s?

That was a quick ownership. Didn't see that one coming, just the other day he was making long'ish term plans...

It's a punt...still lurking after a white, maritime blue or mint green.

If it sells, I can chase the perfect color. And with spring around the corner, I stand a chance I would think. If it doesn't, well I keep it.
I'm cool either way, it's an awesome car and I love it.

AFAIK, Stuart's mint gruen N-GT is still for sale.

Have you talked to Thomas S. and Paul McLean?

I wouldn't buy a N-GT, only a lightweight like mine: it is used as daily, so a minimum of comfort is required.

Nope, not talking to either Thomas or Paul...they ad massive margins on their cars. The hunt is a lot more fun without brokers.

Note: I'm in no rush, it's only a punt...99.9% happy with mine. One of those three colors would just be the cherry on the cake.
