Default RH Speedlines - Opinions?

I have a lead on some RH Speedline style wheels. They are 18x8 and 18x10. Need to check the offsets. Recently refurb'd and with black centres, so I think they'll look good against my fast red...

Seller is asking £1100.00 which is more than I wanted to pay but just wondered whether people felt this was worthwhile as I know they're quite rare and not made any more (?).

What offsets would I need for these to work on my NB car?

Hi Stan,

I think that's a cracking deal. Considering RH are real three piece wheels, lighter than Veloce etc reps which are basically the same price...

Offsets -
Front ET 52-55.
Rears ET 47-45.

Bare in mind that geometry, ride height, tyre sizes, rolled fenders all come into play. Post the ET when you get it. 8 & 10J are great sizes.

The RH have a much nicer (deep) dish to the rims than the veloce although I was under the impression they were quite heavy (sure I read that somewhere) wouldn`t put me off like Frank I think that`s a decent price.

Speedlines - heavy, expensive, three piece.
RH - cheaper, lighter, three piece.
Veloce & Keskin - heavy, cheapest, one piece.

Veloce's have a nice stepped lip. Keskin's are flatter. Both have plastic fake bolts.

Think you read my post wrong - since they're almost the same price as Veloces they seem a cracking deal.

Punctuation required! Think gaz was agreeing with you frank. Good price though, there's some eta beta's on eBay at the moment for £800 and they look in good nick, that's very cheap! Don't see the point in fake split veloce though!

Your right Porsche mania missed comma, not big on punctuation up North !
I think it is in the rs thread a guy has a set of RH up for 3000 Euro new in the box.

Personally I don`t like the eta twist wheels , really like the eta beta krones

think these are RH one of my favourite red cars

I like em - they're cheap, strong, don't have the maintenance issue 3 piece wheels can have. IMO a great beater wheel.

Lets just say I wouldn't run my three pieces in the winter and wouldn't think it twice with the Veloces.

Having said that I'd love a set of RHs!

Fair point! I just have a hang up with them being fake splits, id love them if they didnt have the plastic bolts!

Fair play if you've seen them for real and don't like em.

Honestly - they look pretty damn convincing. You'd have to know they're plastic to tell. Also if you lose a plastic bolt Peter @Veloce will send you a whole bag of replacements

Anyway! Back to Stan post your ETs and let's get those on and pics!

The guy hasn't come back to me on the ET's yet....

If I bought these they would be my summer wheel. My genuine Cup 1's would be my winter wheels or for a change. I like the Veloce's but do have a slight hang up too on the fake bolts and the fact they're heavy. I could never afford/justify real Speedlines so the RH were my preferred wheel anyway.

If I don't get these I might get some Cargraphic replicas from Design 911 next year as my 993 brake upgrade is sucking up the pennies at the moment too.... :-0

Will update once I have the specs!

the RH wheels are nice wheels and that price....assuming I am doing the conversion correctly, is a fair price.
