If you are pointing at the source then it appears you need to replace that oil return tube.

Probably from the top- there are 4 or 5 seals at the oil pressure sender and breather.

I doubt that's the source of the leak. Check for possible leaks on the top of the engine, like Feral said. I would check the oil pressure sender and breather hoses.

I agree with Feral and Rob. Top of the engine leaking down (confirm by looking for oil with a flashlight behind the throttle body which is behind your engine fan).
I was just chasing oil leaks and found that the breather housing gasket and the pressure sender O ring were likely the culprits and replaced both. Also look into timing chain adjuster cover gasket - it is right there near your hand on the underside- it is upwind of your leak but is a known leaker and it's easy to replace the metal gasket.

Edit:

Just dipped a paper towel down there, pulled it back up, nothing was on it... okay so I try again, I know I got some of that fluid on it... pull it back up... completely clear!

I touch it... yup it's wet... but its not oil?

Clearly the pictures underneath had oil dripping everywhere... have I unearthed a new leak??

^Possibly the timing chain tensioner cap that resides behind the distributor.

Looks like it comes from above and pools at the lowest level. Breather gasket or oil pressure sensor are your first bet, I think.

Did someone overfill by any chance? If you overfill, oil will end up in your intake plenum and drip out over time. Ask me how I found that one....

Did you check the various oil hose connections around the intake system?

Just a few thoughts.

You know what? Everytime I check the oil through h the dipstick, it's at least an inch above max
