He lost it coming out of the chicane, spun 180 degrees and swiped the outer circuit tyre wall with the driver's side of the car.
He's been very pragmatic about the whole thing and has posted a video on 911UK so I didn't feel it was bad form to include the photo.
He blames the lack of set-up on his car (dampers not matched to springs) so when its on the bump-stops there is no compliance and the car breaks away.
Looks like all his winter projects have been brought forward. Shame for him given the trials and tribulations when he bought the car.

Clinchy, Rephlex, Bigunit, Oldtimer, Peter and all the others. Thank You Thank You Thank You. I had the BEST day out in years. I couldn't stop grinning. I can honestly say that you all made my day and Tony thanks so much for the great last run of the day. At this point I felt I knew the track a bit better and Peppa's limits. At the end of that run my car had clocked up exactly 100,000 miles, a point I shared with Clinchy. The car performed faultlessly, I have a very slight mist of an oil leak but Paul is already on the case with this. I seem to spend most of the time flicking between 3 and 4th and up towards the redline. the noise was great, but apparently I was one of the loudest there, whcih I still don't understand given the number of GT3's out there. The AD08s were ridiculously grippy, though when I was a bit more too aggressive they did break away but is was all handleable. I can 100% endorese the Ferodo DS2500 pads, the confidence they inspired was great and I was breaking later and later as the day went on.
My Recaro Speed seats were not only comfortable but also very supportive through the turns.
Being able to test yourself and car in this kind of environment was amazing. I'm not sure how much more fun I could have taken.
Having had the best drive of my life and to have that at such a heroic track and benefitting such a great cause made it just perfect.
Boxey your right. I'm hooked. I'll post photos up later.

MM ..Seats are on my xmas list if you watch my helmet cam you can see my left arm having to hold me back in the seat which makes for difficult right handers
I am going to get a set of seats and runners to interchange between both cars for days just like this
