Thanks for the warm welcome and generous comments on the car! I am supposed to pick the car up from the body shop tomorrow and will try to post some updated (and resized) photos then. I am very anxious to see it with the RSA spoiler mounted up, the fresh paint on the front spoiler and the new "smile" installed.
The wheels are aftermarket 18" Veloces - one piece wheels masquerading as 2-piece rims - which look pretty good but I'm an OE guy at heart. At some point (after I recover from the mechanical and body shop bills!), I'm sure I will replace them with some sort of stock 17" Porsche wheels, probably Cup 1s or 2s. Problem is that the tires only have about 3K on them and it would be a shame to waste good rubber. So the wheel/tire swap will likely be a ways off.
To answer a question posed above re: my expected use of the car, I really intend to just drive and enjoy it. No track use. I've got a SUV for daily driver/beater duties and my 2 old BMWs really are low mileage show cars/garage queens, on a Hagerty policy that restricts business use. So I'm sure the 964 will get the bulk of the fun miles.
Rennlist really is a great source of help, encouragement and inspiration for these cars.
I have previously posted some detailed information about the car and the purchase price in the market value thread on the board and still think that, even with what I've spent on repairs and cosmetic spiffs, I got a pretty good deal on this one.

The car is back from the body shop now, with the rust repair and new windshield, RSA spoiler mounted with proper turbo hinges, new engine compartment labels, rocker covers resprayed, new rocker cover seals, new smile, etc. Here are some updated photos:

Sorry for the massive size again! I'm going to try to post some smaller photos - let's see how this works. I've still got to get a few door dings PDR'ed and some stone chips professionally touched up, but the car is starting to get pretty close to sorted. Just put on a set of new rear tail lights and center reflector after these photos were taken.

Beautiful!
The shop did a lovely paint job on your car. My own GP white C4 is undergoing the same journey as your car, so these pics are really intriguing/satisfying/exciting to see. And the RSA spoiler looks just right.
You have some real shiney, awesome Porsche perfection there.

Great looking car - love those wheels. I am also a rabid BMW fan and own an e30 318iS currently and used to have an e30 M3. They're actually very complimenting makes really!

Thanks for all the nice comments on the C2! In case any one is interested in "that other German marque", here are a few shots of my M635CSi and M5:
