Default Just another 964

I've been a long time lurker around here but haven't really posted much. Several people have asked me to post up pics of my project in here so here it is.

I bought the car in November '11 from a guy outside of Salt Lake City. Found a ad on craigslist, struck a deal over email, flew in handed him a check and drove it home looking like this.

not long after I installed KW V3 coilovers and a threw on a set of 17" BBS e26s we had sitting around the shop.

then switched it up with a set of BBS RS which we converted from 16" to 18" and some aero mirrors

then a set of monolook TMB and some H4 headlights

http://vimeo.com/44574209#

Then to a set of monolook LHR, a set of Recaro A8s and some RS dummy foglights

Then back to another set of 18" converted RS

This is where things get a bit more interesting. Through the years it's always been a dream to take my personal car to annual Wörthersee meeting and through the friends I've made at Rotiform was finally able to make it happen. We came up with the idea to ship it over to the UK and have our friends at Milestone71, StyleHaus and Plush Automotive totally redo the car before then!

Then back to stock basically and loaded up into a container from Long Beach to London

40 days later it landed in the uk

motor out at Milestone 71

cage and RS carpet kit from AP Car Design showed up

trailered over to StyleHaus and stripped

interior out and off to Plush

Steve starting on the body work

AP car design cage got painted first

Luke started on the seat backs first

got this wheel for it

made some wheels for it

upper dash wrap complete

car painted

stitch pattern test for seat centers

i didn't like the mint stitch at all so switched it up to black. center leather stitched and done

H&R Motorsport coilovers from AH Exclusive so got a set to switch the KWs out

wheels finished

motor totally cleaned then taken apart to have some parts painted mint

Normally I'm not a fan of cars at that ride height.

But you, sir, know how to get it done. Dayumn!

Wow, I had zero clue that this car was the black car! That's crazy! I never made the connection w/ the Cali plate, I just figured it was someone in Europe trying to be "cool" w/ a Cali plate.

I guess no one told KW that you're no longer running on KWs since they posted one of those Nurburgring pictures onto their facebook page, lol.
