Purchased a set of Michelin Super Sports 17" 225 F & 245 R. Have been really happy with them on the street, will hit the track this weekend. Wish they made rears in 255. Have RS steering rack and these tires made car much smoother to steer while also feeling very planted, interesting.

Default Michelin Super Sports!!!

I love these tires, good grip, good daily driver, good in rain, one of the bets all around tires that I have ever driven. Supposed to be one of the best compounds that Michelin has ever used.

I host my images on Photobucket then post them on here using the IMG tags (look at the toolbar when making a post). I don't have experience using the forum photo hosting.

Sorry, no update. Forecasted rainstorms kept me home instead of autocrossing this weekend. Earlydays didn't show up either.

Thanks Vandit. We've had our share of rain up here, too, which is keeping the 964 activity to a minimum.

I did get a little drive last weekend and got caught in the rain. The Rivals had great traction. I did not push them to hard not knowing how they would perform but I did do some spirited take offs and minimal wheel spin. Ride is good and fairly quiet.

I finally raced on the Rivals on Sunday and wow, having proper tires makes a world of difference. A 993 C4 that had previously spanked me by 2-3 secs at past events was now only .5 sec faster. I was .5 sec faster than a 996 GT3 on R-comps that has previously blown me away.

Instead of focusing on keeping the rear from passing the front of the car, I was able to focus on hustling the car through the course with confidence. It'll be fun to continue to learn to drive the car fast w/ all this new grip.

Great news Vandit! I'll likely upgrade from my old PS2s either later this year or next Spring.

I decided to buy a set of these before I head to the track next week. What pressures are you running at the track? Thanks!

Thanks Vandit, I'll start there and adjust accordingly.
