Still newbie. Working on my CCU because of blowing fuses. Found this wire that appears to be ground. What is it and where should it be? I am betting most of you know.

Ray, is the wire flat in profile? There is a ground wire that goes up to the decklid near there. Terminates in the upper right in the photo.

Thank you! That makes sense. I had the deck lid off when they filled my Third Brake Light holes with steel and paint. They must have missed the ground. I can fix that tonight. That would be why I didn't notice it before now.

Pay attention to how you route the wire.

I found the path for the wire thanks to pictures and guidance. Cleaned off the deck and terminals while I am it. Thanks for help.
