Summer Road-Trips - Where's everyone going in 2013?!
Well, the weather seems to be improving here which has got me thinking about some trips this year! I'm probably going to be putting the roof box back on and making a couple of trips with the family to the Alps (Austria and Italy), plus maybe a trip to Cannes or the Adriatic coast for the sea.
It'd be interesting to hear what trips everyone has planned for their 964 this summer!!

Burning Brakes
At least one time to switzerland. In the end of june, i`ll go the sella ronda with my porsche (and my kuota bike on the bike rack), doing the "marathona dolomittes"...

In June I've arranged for a convoy of about 15 air cooled Porsche 911's to join me on a drive to the Ring, on to the Porsche museum, a Ruf factory tour, into Austria over Grossglockner Pass, the Porsche family museum in Gmund, and finally a day and and half driving around the Triglav National Park, over the Vrsic pass and Lake Bled in Slovenia.
I leave the convoy to drive down south to home and they go back to the UK after a trackday at Spa.

Hi everyone, this is my first post so god knows if it works!!
I've just booked ferry to go to Nurburgring middle of July something to look forward to. Just hope it's not a last minute rush as per normal!

I usually take a 3-4 day solo trip into the interior or WA and OR for back road twisties. Never a plan or route and where I end up at the end of the day is where I sleep.
This year I'm thinking of a slightly longer trip into ID and MT then up through AB and home. Anyone able to recommend good roads or places I must see and do?
