While you have the bumper off, you may want to check you load ballast for the oil cooler fan and the AC fan. They are hard to get to w/o taking the bumper off and they don't last forever. It's one of those "while I am in there" tasks.

Have them in my to do bucket.
I used 3m Black super weatherstrip and gasket adhesive. I had it already it did the job.

Would I be able to get to the rear of brake ducts by just removing the black under trays? I want to fit some small fog lights in somewhere? (My vents are fitter from the rear, no screws visible from front)

I think I saw this posted on the Porsche 964 club Facebook page. You'll need to remove the bumper to access your brake ducts.
