Default Pandora One RWB Porsche Photoshoot

The first shoot I did for Total 911 Magazine was of this, in my opinion quite beautiful, RWB built by Fatlace/Illest named "Pandora One". The RWB is certainly not everyone's cup of tea, but I figured I would share the images and let people judge for themselves.

This car was built on a 964 C4 chassis and along with the RWB Widebody Kit it features a 600+ HP motor built by FTEC as well as a set of wild Rotiform RWB wheels. Quite a few other goodies from KW, Recaro, and more complete the build.

Enjoy!

interesting.

2 questions: what hood struts did they use? anything that would hold that 1,000,000 lbs of downforce wing up that well must be pretty beefy.

and, is that guy a giant, or is the seat just not adjustable? I'd be surprised if that car ever sees competition, so it wouldnt make much sense to make the driver look that dorky by sitting so far up. also, did they not plan that the driver would ever wear a helmet? guess not, which is one more piece of evidence that the car will never see a track.

oh, and i thought of one more: who put those decals on the front bumper?? what were they on that made them end up so crooked?

sorry that turned into more than the promised 2 questions...

I'm not sure on the hood struts to be honest. The guy driving the car is not the owner, the owner is quite a bit shorter then him so it probably doesn't look nearly as goofy when he drives. I'm unsure if its adjustable though, but I would image it is since it is still a driven street car. I'd also imagine when the owner sits in there that his helmet clears just fine.

Here's a pic someone snapped of it during a Global Time Attack event.

The photos are gorgeous!

With that being said, I'm just not a fan of RWB cars. I don't see them standing the test of time. RWB = the new Gemballa if you ask me.

Now, I do love the factory wide body with no spoiler look!

If I remember correctly its Vinyl not paint. Maybe he didn't like the flashy color or something.

Love the pictures.

Great photos! I know it isn't most folks cup of tea, but the work is very nice! Wouldn't do it to my own car personally, but I love the look!

Gotta love the guy's passion! Whether you like his work or not he truly enjoys what he does and appreciates criticism. I'm just flattered he chooses the 964 as one of his platforms...
