Are you talking about the return spring on the end of the throttle body shaft?

Yes.
But now I don't think it causes me the major problem.
My car has towed to the garage, the engine can stall anytime after switching it on.
I've tried to drive it but every time when I accelerate, it gives me kangaroo petrol ...

PS: i've tried to use ty-strap to fix the return spring, but it does not help any thing.

Is this the spring? You should be able to get a temporary replacement spring at the local hardware store.

The return spring is not strictly necessary, the coil spring on the outside of the throttle body is strong enough to return the throttle on its own. It sounds like the problem lies elsewhere.
